Lesson Plans Not Saving Correctly

When a Teaching Guide is removed from a plan, a bug is causing the template to also be removed. Teachers adding a new Teaching Guide may lose their saved template.

Workaround: Add as few Teaching Guides as possible until the fix is implemented.

We are continuing to experience issues with our upstream provider (AWS), which are causing delays in SmartTeach reports updating with the latest information. AWS has made significant progress toward resolution, and we are no longer seeing impact beyond the delay in new report data. We will continue monitoring and provide updates as they become available.
